About the role
Remote performance-marketing role for an experienced Meta Ads specialist. Nigeria is explicitly included among eligible locations. The role focuses on lead-generation campaigns, optimisation, attribution and reporting while working U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns; monitor lead quality and campaign performance; maintain conversion tracking and attribution; prepare performance reporting; collaborate with the wider marketing team.
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience; strong lead-generation experience; familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager and GA4; working knowledge of Google Ads; ability to work approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
